Squig started drag racing in 1990 with his current car, a 1965 XP Falcon. Originally a four door with a six cylinder motor, the car has gradually been modified and upgraded to what it is today. Squig won Top Doorslammer at the Dragmasters meeting last season. He has previously won the Super Gas pointscore series and held both of the NZDRA B/TS records for two years.
